I kinda missed the girl screaming 'LEOOON! LEEOOOON!' (RE4). Overall, that sounded really like Leon.

EyesAdrift responds:

Hmm, perhaps there could be a sequel! Glad that I was able to get the authentic Leon™ sound. Thanks for the listen!

Composition is really great. It sounds like you know exactly what you want. Like you said, it has some lack of recording-quality because of the plugins you used. Maybe real drums next time or maybe even guitars that are recorded with mic & amp? I think that'd be great ^^

Warhector responds:

Thanks for comments and like! I'm pretty limited with recording resources. Even tho I had miced drums I do not have the skill-set to play something that I would be happy with.

Shreddage got some pretty descent sounds out from the box, even tho it can never replace a real guitar, it's pretty nice and handy as someone like me, as with little guitar experience/skill.

But the quality on Omnisphere is phenominal! Compared to other synths, that is hand down the best sounding one so far. (and I've used most of em VST synths). If i had rented top-end studio with skilled players that play the instruments I cant play; Sure I will record and remake this. But in the nearest future as a student, probably no..

But thanks for hearing and sharing your thoughts.
Cheers

Chiptune sounds nice. All your electronics actually do :)
I'd place the cowbell way to the back. But that's just a matter of taste. The last chorus is excellent. Good job overall.

Nice sounds you've got there. I loved the voices and the string-sound. It sounded very realistic. The bass and the kick should get a low-EQ filter. If this is an ambient chill song, the kick shouldn't blow me off my chair :)

Nice production. I loved the sound of the verse, it sounded so clean. I would like to hear the chorus a bit more rougher. The synth-lead should be replaced with a guitar, or it should get some distortion or something like that.

ChronoNomad responds:

Thanks a lot for the feedback, hnieuw! Your review is greatly appreciated, and I am pleased to receive your comment on the level of production; that's something I've really been working on. You know, the chorus is honestly the one thing that I'm not as happy with as I would like to be, so I can't help but agree. I think I'll see if I can modify the existing synth-lead (Acid) or find something a bit more suitable. Thanks again! :D

Excellent! Why does this only have 400 views? :O

Such a nice production. Everything sounds so polished. Must have taken a long time! 5/5

Love the harmony and the vocals are great too! Way to go.

camoshark responds:

Thanks man, glad you like the harmony, I very much enjoy it too!

Good job. I like the style and the interpretation of a jazz song. I would make the celesta licks way more interesting. You're playing a major blues-scale over and over again. Try to improve your licks by trying something new.

masl123 responds:

you've right, but I don't make Jazz Songs very often and I have to improve my playing skills.
Thanks for your Review.

Nice Job! Your brass sounds always so clean! How many brass are actually playing? Great composition too!

camoshark responds:

If you're referring to individual voices, there are 7, but this was interpreted with a lineup of 14 brass.

Thanks for the comment, I'm glad you liked it!
