Nice song! I love to hear the sound of the bells. They sound so realistic. The ending was a bit abrupt :)

Wurfel-Waffles responds:

There are more than just bells :P ! What you heard is a mix of vibes, triangles, anvils and small bells.

I didn't intend to add a nice ending/transition because of limited time. I must re-master and fix the song later on.

I dont think i dare to sleep tonight.... :P

Great song! The chordprogression is really dark, which is a good thing. The orchestration is really cool as well, you've got some skills ;) The vocals are technically good (it reminds me of 'a nightmare before christmas'), so overall its really really good.
You should improve your recordings though. Buy some better VST, and spent some money in a nice mic, and get some sweet audiointerface :)

ChronoNomad responds:

Thanks for the review! I don't really have much experience mixing vocals at this point, so I'm a little disappointed that after all the work I did they *still* get washed out by the instrumental parts, but I didn't want to make the music itself too hard to hear, either. My mic is a pretty decent one, but I think it's how low and soft I needed to record these lyrics in order to get the effect I wanted that makes them so hard to hear at times. More's the pity.

It reminds you of "The Nightmare Before Christmas," you say? I could scarcely ask for a better compliment! You honor me with such a comparison. Many thanks. :)

This is a great loop. I love the vocals; I just can't say if it's a real recorded one >.< Stop trolling me :P

Wurfel-Waffles responds:

Thanks. Vocals are from Requiem Light.

Haha that's awesome. I wonder how you did the sounds. I always fail making those gameboysounds >.<

I liek your style men.

Nice Job! I really wouldn't mind to hear this in some sort of videogame / movie.
It started a bit slow, but as you said it is a good build up.

The best sound you used is the punchy game-boy-ish sound. I would like to hear more of those ^^

BrokenDecibel responds:

thanks bro.

Haha Good job! Over the 3k plays alrdy! Keep up the good work.

Woah! I loved the chordprogression! It starts with a great lead, but the chords of the 2nd guitar are really wonderfull. Second of all; the drums are really energetic and the composition overall is really cool.

I think you should check the drumsound though. It sounds really midi-like. Maybe a better plugin, or real drums is a solution? =) Keep up the good work.
